Donna Davis is the Founder and President of the National Association of Estate Liquidators, (NAOEL), Lead Instructor of the Online School of Estate Liquidators, A Published Author of Launch Your Estate Sale Company, and Founder of EstateSalesTraining.com.
Donna is a nationally recognized estate sale professional with more than twenty years of full time experience who has personally overseen more than 2,000 estate sales totaling over 15 million dollars in gross sales. Successfully assisting relocating/downsizing families, executors, attorneys, trustees and Realtors coupled with her experience has made Donna uniquely qualified to handle all phases of the estate sale business.
Donna has been a Real Estate Associate Broker, a Real Estate Trainer, an Auctioneer, an Appraiser, an Interior Designer and an Antique Dealer. All funds of knowledge which assists her particularly in correctly pricing items (one of the pillars to a successful sale). Donna not only leans back into her plethora of experience but also leans forward into what is trending and relevant current market information.
Donna’s mission is to equip estate sales professionals with the knowledge, systems and resources needed to build trusted, profitable businesses while providing outstanding service to the families that they serve. She has personally trained and mentored a number of individuals who have gone on to establish their own estate sale businesses.
